Where are the Conference supper and dinner being held?
The Gala Dinner will be held at Venue Cymru, the Conference Supper will be held at The Imperial Hotel. The Imperial Hotel and Venue Cymru are within walking distance of each other.

Where can I stay during Conference?
Llandudno has a number of hotels, B&Bs, and holiday rentals.

What is the dress code for Conference?
The dress code for the Gala Dinner is lounge suit. The Conference Supper is smart casual.

When will I get my Conference Pass?
Conference passes and the handbook will be available to collect from the accreditation office at Venue Cymru. Further joining instructions will be sent out to delegates in the week before the Conference.

Is there parking available at Venue Cymru?
There is very limited parked available at Venue Cymru, however there are plenty of pay and display areas nearby.
